The vast majority of modern foundries employ electric furnace melting, and the crushed charge has the potential to reduce the energy consumption of electric furnaces by 8% to 20%. In response to this growing demand, a variety of new crushers are now being introduced to the market. ABM has been manufacturing crushers for over two decades, with nearly 200 units produced since 2001. While the crusher may appear simple, it requires hundreds of tons of force and is a highly destructive piece of equipment. The key to success is reliability. Presently, this type of crusher in China is predominantly imitative of our own design. Many factories of the crusher, including some European and American companies, have a tendency to experience premature wear on their crushing teeth. In fact, it is not uncommon for a significant number of teeth to fall off annually. However, ABM has users who have been utilising our products for over a decade, and to date, no teeth have been known to fall. A renowned diesel engine manufacturer in China has acquired a crusher that is unable to process its ductile iron engine cylinder head, while an automotive factory in Hubei has also encountered difficulties in crushing its gray iron engine body. ABM's current orders include numerous instances where customers initially purchased crushers from other manufacturers but have since switched to ABM's products.
Type:ABM C25, ABMC45, ABMC100, ABMC100S
Productivity: 2-20tons/h
Suitable for crushing grey and ductile iron pouring riser systems, waste castings, especially waste cylinder heads and bodies of ductile and CGI iron, which are almost exclusively well crushed by ABM crushers.
