ABM Shanxi Jincheng customers use two ABM horizontal molding lines to produce manhole covers. Due to the use of blast furnace molten iron, the molding lines cannot stop running, and the production lasts for 20 hours every day. The maximum productivity reaches 109 integers per hour, and the actual productivity is about 100 integers per hour. For a large molding line with a sand box size of 2300x1100mm, this speed is far ahead of its peers.
