ABM's Ningbo customer, who manufactures textile machinery, ordered ABM's fully-automatic moulding line, the longest in China, for production in 2024. The size of the flask is 3000X600mm, 20 whole moulds per hour. It is arranged in two floors, the moulding and core lowering are on the first floor, and the 8 cooling lines are on the ground floor, so that the moulding is done in the daytime and the pouring is done in the evening, which can reduce the cost greatly. In order to save investment, the flasks are made by the customers themselves, slowly coming together one line at a time. For the moulding line around 3500mm, the maximum productivity of ABM is up to 35 whole moulds per hour. The Ningbo moulding line is arranged on two floors, which affects the productivity.
